Encore promotes an environment that thrives on embracing our differences. Diversity, equity and inclusion are foundational to their culture and core values.
The EMEA forum for DE&I was set up to make DE&I common place, and to communicate, educate and promote positive change at a local, meaningful level to all team members. Our goal is to empower team members to feel represented and to increase our diverse talent pool to continue to grow our DE&I and make this part of our DNA.
To surpport drive DE&I efforts, I created a set of digital assets for the company website and social media channels.
